Welcome to the Silicon Valley chapter of SMART Recovery®.

SMART Recovery is a self-help program for ending addictive behaviors such as alcohol and drug abuse. Our program is abstinence based using science and humanistic values.

We offer free local and on-line self-help meetings held in the Bay Area including San Francisco, Alameda, Santa Clara, San Jose, Los Gatos, and Santa Cruz.

Local Meetings

Our face-to-face meeting format runs 90 minutes and promotes open discussion and exploration.

We openly share our experiences with alcohol and drug abuse, or our other addicitive behaviors, and discuss methods for dealing with them.
